Revised Timeline(S) for the Collection of Grade Card/Transcript/Statement of Grades of End Term Exam-May 2020

Students of all the UG and PG programmes are kindly requested to note the following revised timeline(s) for the collection of  Grade Card/Transcript/Statement of Grades of End Term Examination –May 2020 (for the term Jan – May 2020) from the Exam Department. 

Instructions:

  1. Note the revised dates which were scheduled for distribution on 26-Nov-2020 and 27-Nov-2020 are rescheduled due to some unavoidable circumstances.
  2. Grade Card will be issued only to holder of the same, after showing valid student ID card.
  3. Grade cards will be issued only in person, and only as per the timeline circulated.
  4. If a student is unable to visit the University for collection of the grade card as per timeline provided, the candidate may request exam department through an authorization letter stating a valid reason to issue the grade card to the bearer (name and id details to be clearly specified) of the request letter.(authorization request may also be sent through the email-id : examcellsrmh@srmuniversity.ac.in, specifying Grade card Issue Request: Name _ Registration number_ Program in the email subject line) . In such cases, student will only take the responsibility for the grade card collected, as per his/her request.
  5. A separate timeline along with the instructions will be notified for those students who are still unable to collect the grade cards in the stipulated time
