Dr. Anu Rana

Dr. Anu Rana did her M. Sc. Physics with specialization in electronics in 2006. She has been awarded doctorate degree on topic Growth, optimization and characterization of rare earth doped ferrite materials for device applications by University of Delhi in 2014. She has good research as well as teaching experience at institutes of national repute viz. National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi, NSIT, New Delhi, DCRUST, Murthal.

Her research area is material science specially nano-ferrites and ferrofluids. She has worked on the development, characterization and the device based applications of nano-magnetic/ferro-fluids. Extensive research work was done by her in the development of sensors viz. ferrofluid based temperature sensor and humidity sensor etc. She has received the CSIR Diamond Jubilee Research Interns Awards, at National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi in 2007 and Teaching-Cum-Research Fellowship at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Dwarka, New Delhi from 2009 to 2013. She has presented her work at national and international levels. Her research work has been published in the form of patent, papers in international journals and conferences and is duly recognized.
