Research Interests

As we have investigated the association of telomeres and telomerase in adaptation or maladaptation at high altitude hypobaric hypoxia.  Moreover, many diseases are having hypoxia in their pathogenesis including Covid-19. So proposed research objectives are to investigate the association of telomeres and telomerase associated biomarkers in disease pathogenesis of oxidative stress associated diseases including High Altitude disorders, cancer and Covid-19.
